Elie Taktouk, the 38 year old
Lebanese millionaire was married to Daniella Semaan, also 38, until he saw
pictures of her kissing Cesc Fabregas, 25, in a newspaper. Taktouk divorced his
dear wife and Fabregas quickly claimed her. The couple welcomed their first
child together in April.
Taktouk hadn’t yet gotten over
the first incident when Fabregas stroke again by buying his former family home.
The Grade-II listed Belgravia flat, close to Buckingham Palace, had been
ordered for sale as part of divorce proceedings in order to provide money for
Daniella to buy her own home.
Fabregas and girlfriend decided
to buy the house for themselves. When Taktouk learnt that Fabregas was the
bidder for the house he tried to block the sale on the basis that the
footballer’s offer was £2m less than its value. But after a Court of Appeal
hearing on Wednesday, the footballer and his Lebanese girlfriend won the case
when Lord Justice Floyd threw out Taktouk’s application to block the sale to
Fabregas.
So now not only did Fabregas take
his wife he also took his home. How annoying could that be? If You were Elie
